Purpose of Website

Shalom!

We are your online neighbors, the Nabors (husband and wife). The purpose of our website is to connect fellow neighbors, who are seeking Yeshua (Jesus), to our favorite ministries that teach biblical truth. We also share biblical resources that may be helpful for educational and learning guidance.

We have compiled a list of bible teachers (often referred as Torah teachers) who we have found to be careful and thorough in explanation in their teachings. These teachers are excellent for new believers, but also excellent for followers who want to gain profound knowledge and understanding of the entire bible and how we are to live out our lives according to the bible.

We also compiled biblical teaching tools, such as bible translation websites, biblical maps, geographical and archaeological websites related to biblical history.

The list may continue to grow as we grow and we will continue to share. By sharing, we hope to have done the foot work for most and this will help others grow as well!

What We Believe

We believe Yeshua (Jesus) is God in flesh.

We use his Hebrew name “Yeshua” because this is what his Jewish parents named him. The name “Jesus” is a translation from Greek and European languages and we use it interchangeably.

We believe that the application of the original languages of the Old and New Testament provides additional understanding.

We believe the Old Testament is not “nailed to the cross" and remains just as relevant as the New Testament. After all, Yeshua used the Old Testament to teach his disciples. He stated he did not come to abolish the laws of Torah (the commandments listed in Genesis through Deuteronomy) and the prophets, but to fulfill them (Matthew 5:17-18).

We believe the entire bible (Genesis 1:1 through Revelation 22:21).

We rest on the Sabbath (Exodus 20:8-12).

We believe, as non-Jewish (gentiles), we are grafted in with Israel through our acceptance of Yeshua the Messiah (Romans 11: all).

We stand with Israel (Genesis 12:3, Genesis 49:9, & Numbers 24:9).

We believe our perspectives are not the only perspectives.

We believe in testing everything (1 Thessalonians 5:21).

We believe that the bottom line in learning the bible is to study the entire bible, book-by-book and chapter-by-chapter.
